The Hilda E. Bretzlaff Foundation was established for the purpose of providing scholarships to individuals who meet the following criteria:

1. Demonstrate a financial need.                         

2. Are creative, moral, ambitious and conservative.  

3. Will be a credit to the American society.          

The Foundation's mission will be to grant scholarships to individuals who meet the criteria set forth and to assist them in attending educational institutions in the United States of America and/or England.  These recipients will in turn strive to improve the society in which they live in a positive, moral and conservative manner.
