How to Submitt a Proposal

HEBF works within two year proposals it has with various organizations, not with individual students. The next round of proposals will be received during the first quarter of 2010.
If you are:
An organization currently working with HEBF - You will receive a letter in mid-February either asking for a proposal which has an amount pre-determined by HEBF or a letter informing you that your organization no longer fits within the parameters of HEBF.
An organization that is not currently working with HEBF - Please submit your information by January 30, 2010.
This should include:
     1. Information on your organization (not to exceed 4 pages, not including brochures)
     2.  Amount requested
     3.  Length of Grant - 2 academic years (2010/2011 and 2011/2012)
     4.  Amount of students grant will be used for.
Please keep in mind HEBF grants scholarships through organizations to students who are financially needy, conservative in nature and will be a "credit to America."
