Milford Memories 2007

Our Wixom-Walled Lake & Huron Valley Lions clubs have successfully completed our 3rd year

The Lions booth was located on Main street with the purpose of informing, promoting Lionism and to provide "free" to the public kids eye screening. Even the Milford American Legion Post dropped by to see us!

Walled Lake "Pet Awareness Day"

The day was a great success! Several persons stopped by our Lions Club booth to ask about our Club, Lionism as well as pick up information pertaining to our Club and Lionism. Lion Joe Steiger and Laurie Brake are shown in photo before event got started. Laurie is shown with her brand new Leader Dog! We are looking forward to being there in 2008!

Teddy Bear Junction Day Care, Walled Lake

On October 11, 2007 the Wixom Walled Lake Lions visited the center to inform the children about the working eye, eye safety and to perform eye screening on the children so as to screen them for possible eye defects. Early screening can detect possible eye problems in the children and may word off future problems when treated.
